Mi Rancho is a company that has been really popular with me, as I have been eating their Mexican tortillas for a long time. I want to personally thank the people who work there for sending me about a dozen of their new Organic Corn Taco Sliders. I really love them and I want to share these with you.
Mi Rancho’s products have been bought by me enough times to secure my life supply of food. Like, that’s how much I use their products. I would say that almost once a day I eat their products, I’m not kidding. Whether it is breakfast tacos for breakfast, a burrito for lunch, or quesadillas for dinner, Mi Rancho’s products keep me going in times of need.
And speaking of times of need…have any of you been following the Bryce Harper story and all the trade rumors around the MLB. I have certainly been checking them out and, as a Dodger fan, I am looking forward to the transactions that have to be made for LA. There is so much stress going on that the only way I can calm myself down is with a Mi Rancho product!
Anyway, the taste of the Mi Rancho product is to perfection. These are soft and crisp at the same time. How do they do that? They bend and fold which I need for the little sliders I make but they also crisp up for quesadillas really nicely. My mom has found lots of ways to make tasty dishes out of these – you can fill them with just about anything. Sometimes a plain cheese mini quesadilla hits the spot for an after school snack and sometimes for dinner I have these with rice and beans on the side. But you can put anything you want. Lately my mom experimented with filling them just with mushrooms and onions with a sprinkle of cheese on top and they were so good. We were also talking about how the mini ones are fun for when people come over. You can make small bites out of them for entertaining…which is what I intend to do if the Dodgers nab Bryce Harper!
