I have a new change for my blog. I’m going to start reviewing products as well as restaurants. The reason I’m going to start reviewing products is so I can get more posts up. And it’s a good thing for my readers so they can get more food to try and maybe even some ideas for great recipes for how we eat these foods at home.
My first one I’m going to start reviewing is a granola named Udi’s Gluten Free. There are different favors of this granola. The ones we get are Sweet and Crunchy Vanilla and also Crunchy Original Granola. We buy this from Whole Foods. I like to eat this by adding in walnuts and raisins because, I know this sounds crazy, but it makes it taste like chocolate milk. And I’m only adding almond milk so I really don’t know why it tastes this way but it does!
Another way I like to eat Udi’s granola is by making it in to a yogurt parfait. First my mom puts a layer of coconut yogurt, then granola, another layer of yogurt, and then some fruit on top. Usually I like to do berries but this time I did chopped apples. It tastes interesting because I love the different textures – creamy yogurt, hard granola, and sweet chopped apples.
