Today I’m reviewing Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Quick Cooking Oats. I usually have this two or three times a week. What I usually put in it are raisins, nuts, something called Omega Swirl and cinnamon. While the oatmeal is pretty healthy by itself, this is a very healthy breakfast with all the fixings. The oatmeal and nuts have a lot of protein and raisins have iron. Also, the Omega Swirl is good for your brain. The cinnamon is not really healthy but it is good! Also, there is only a teeny little bit of it. This is one of my favorite breakfasts. If you want to see how it looks check out my photo. My mom always makes a drawing on it.
