Boo Who? No way, don’t cry! These Quinoa Qrunch burgers were awesome and flavorful!
I like these burgers because they stayed in one piece and didn’t fall apart like some veggie burgers usually do. And I had it on a bun so I could squeeze it together instead of cutting it up. You can get these burgers at Whole Foods and maybe some other places. These burgers, of course, are made from quinoa and they are good for you because quinoa has a lot of protein. It is also a grain. Sometimes these burgers can be a little bit dry so I recommend them with other toppings. When I have a veggie burger I usually put these toppings on: tomato, onion, vegan cheese (of course), lettuce and mustard. This is what I did tonight, except at the end I lost my appetite – which is almost impossible for me – and I stopped eating. I think it is because I had a late lunch and breakfast.
