Today I’m going to blog about Omega Swirl. I don’t think you know what Omega Swirl is but I’m going to tell you. Omega Swirl is flax oil which is full of Omega – 3s. These are really good for your brain which can help you do math better and spelling and remembering sports statistics better. I like the flavor but you don’t also put a lot in because it’s kind of like a vitamin or something. If you want to see the ingredients, I’m posting it here for you to see:
Now after you have seen the ingredients you might be thinking “maybe I should try this for breakfast.” I reviewed oatmeal a while ago and you can see it in the pictures of my other post – this is how I most often eat it. My mom puts a swirl on my oatmeal. One time I asked my dad to give me a big glob and he went “swirl, swirl…glooooooobbbbb.” I thought it was so, so funny, it was ten times more than usual. My mom didn’t think this was ok.
Yesterday we had just finished reading this biography of Pablo Picasso. So when we ate our oatmeal my mom just put all these berries and cinnamon and omega swirl all crazy like abstract art like Picasso. Mine was called “the man reading in the library” and it didn’t look anything like that! My brother’s was “woman on a bicycle” and it did not look anything like that either! We called it mom’s cubist art!

May 27, 2014 2:15 pmKid, you are inspiring me to read about some art tonight. I need to label so many things in my life as abstract art. Keep up the good work. “)
