It’s been a while since I’ve done a review of something other than a restaurant. Today I am going to be reviewing a trio of of the different flavors of the brand HOPE’s hummus. HOPE is a brand I have not reviewed or even eaten much of. But after today, I decided that I would definitely eat this brand a lot more than I did.
The three types of hummus that I was trying were black garlic, sriracha, and original.
I put them on crackers and they had really cool colors white with black specks, white, and fiery orange. Super cool.
I ate the crackers joyfully. I had one row of three crackers with the same hummus on them. First I tried the black pepper. Then the original. And finally, the sriracha. After all was said and done, my favorite was the black garlic. I thought that it was the perfect spiciness with just the right creamy flavor. Then I went with original. It was just like the black garlic, except it didn’t have a kick like the last one did. But if you like kicks, sriracha is going to be your go-to guy. Or should I say hummus. With a big serious kick at the end of your swallow, it was a lot spicier than the bite had actually seemed at first. It stays with you.
In the end, I loved all and thought they would be a good addition to whatever your meal is. Except ice cream. I don’t really think you would like ice cream and hummus. I would definitely recommend this to you to buy. You’ll love it!

August 30, 2017 8:58 amHey, what a trio! If you want to make it a quartet, Ellen has a recommendation: the Kirkland Organic Hummus at Costco. It comes in convenient single serve cups and Ellen often takes one to work or just grabs one for a quick snack. Can’t beat it for price either.
Also, Figgy Pops, which you reviewed here, are a huge hit with my sisters! (I got them at Costco, too — the Figgy Pops, not my sisters!) They have become faithful customers thanks to you.
Keep up the good work! People from all over the country are benefiting from your reviews!
