Good karma coming your way with these cookies you definitely want to eat

Bakeries! Oh, how we all love bakery desserts.  This week my blog post is on Karma Baker cookies, which came from Erewhon Market.  The Karma Baker cookies I had were cookie sandwiches with a vegan cream in the middle.  It’s not possible to live and not love cookie sandwiches.  And I am thinking it is probably also impossible to try another cookie sandwich and love it more than this one.  I am so blessed to be able to have a cookie sandwich this delicious.  With chocolate cookies and vanilla cream in the middle this incredible treat will make your tummy happy like never before.

So I mentioned these cookies came from Erewhon market and right now everyone is going there for good food and especially gluten free and vegan gourmet food.  As well as incredible packaged foods to buy, Erewhon also has an amazing section of prepared foods. So if you are going to a party or on a picnic, Erewhon is a good place to shop.  However, if you are going there for regular groceries, I should say that it really is much too expensive to go there weekly or every other week or whatever your grocery plan is for those basics. My mom was very clear about that!

When we got home, my brother went to work on convincing my mom that buying these delicious cookies was a great idea and we should definitely try them out for dessert that night.  He also backed up his statement by stating that we hadn’t had dessert in a really, really really long time so eating it tonight would be fine.  My mom said ok so after the movie we were watching (it was called Coraline), we each tried one of these.  As far as the movie goes, I didn’t really want to watch it and it sort of freaked me out when this girl had like ”another mother”!  It was weird. Have you seen this movie before? My mom thought that the animation was really beautiful and incredible but the storyline was a little strange even though lots of people liked this film.

After we watched the movie I went to gossip at the kitchen counter island.  And let me tell you, the person who invented cookie sandwiches is such a genius, they should have a statute erected in their honor.  First, as I bit into the cookie, my mouth started zinging and the crunchy chocolate was a perfect blend for that vanilla delicate frosting right smack dab in the middle. It is rich and creamy and a great way to end a weekend movie night at home!
